CARI Aquatic Programs Refund Policy

 

 

Once lessons have begun, we are not able to offer refunds. Should you need to withdraw from a program or lesson before the first date of that program, we are able to reimburse the full cost to you.  Once the program/lesson has begun we will offer a CARI Credit (to be used for open swims, merchandise, or programs) for the remaining classes or sessions.  All CARI Credits will expire one year from the date of issue.  Lessons unattended by the participant will not be rescheduled.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Before lessons and programs begin all transfers, withdrawals, and changes need to be made through the information & control desk - either by phone or in person.  Once programs have begun, please contact the Program Coordinator for all inquiries regarding changing, withdrawing or transferring at (902) 569-4584 ext. 232. 

 

Please Note that classes which do not reach the minimum number of participant enrolments will be cancelled and registrants will be given the option of receiving a full refund or transferring to an alternate program/lesson.
