Facility Rentals

As a service to the community, the EMCS Society co-ordinates evening and weekend use of the gyms, classrooms, and fields that are owned by School District # 62, in Sooke. A wide range of indoor and outdoor facilities are available for meetings and recreational activities. Facilities are available to the public, weekdays between 6 pm and 10 pm. Some facilities are available all day on weekends but additional staffing costs may apply for indoor spaces.

How do I book a facility?

1. Go to My Account to create a new account.



2. Logon to Book King.



3. Click the Search Facility Availability Link to search for facility availability.



4. Select the facility you wish to search for facility availability.



5. Enter the date and time you wish to search for facility availability.



6. Click the "Search" button. Select the checkbox for each available facility you wish to request a booking and click the "Add Selected" button.



7. Click the "Continue" button. Click "OK" when prompted to confirm.



8. We will review your facility request and you will be notified by email if your request is approved or declined.

**Please note that it is not a confirmed booking until the contract has been signed and paid.

Facility Booking Cancellation Policy

We require notice of at least 2 full business days to cancel your facility booking. See our Refund Policy page for our full policy.

Policies to note for 2011 – 2012:

• 2 full business days are required for booking a facility.



• All groups will be required to pay prior to using the facilities.



• A full refund will be given if you provide at least 2 full business days advanced notice of cancellation of your facility booking.
