Rate Calculation formula:

Classrooms ,Gymnasiums, etc: 

Group B Youth - 1.2% increase in align with WSP&R room rates.

Group B1 Youth Scouting and Girl Guides is ½ of  Group B Youth rate.

Group C Adult - 1%. increase in align with WSP&R room rates.

Group C1 WSPR joint use agreement  ½ of Group C rate.

Group D Commercial - increase of 1% in align with WSP&R room rates.

Grounds:   No Increase other than Commercial rates.  Commercial rates increased by 1.11% for youth x2 for adult.(in align with WSP&R).

N.B.         GST will be added where applicable

                Rates are subject to change with 60 days notice.
