Refund Policy

Cancelled courses:

Courses might be cancelled because too few people enrol. If this is the case, you will be notified 3 days before the start date of the program and you will be given a full refund.

Policy on withdrawing from courses:

If you wish to cancel your seat in a course you must give the Program Office 3 business days notice. If you withdraw 3 days or less prior to the course start date and your course is three classes or more, refunds will be subject to a 15% administration charge.

Note: this policy is not applicable to high school credit courses.

Facility Booking Cancellation Policy

• 2 full business days are required for booking a facility.



• All groups will be required to pay prior to using the facilities.



• A full refund will be given if you provide at least 2 full business days advanced notice of cancellation of your facility booking.
