Refund Policy
CANCELLATION DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT We make every effort to run all classes. In most cases we need an enrollment of at least 8-10 students. By registering in advance, your class has a better chance to run. Help promote classes by sharing the information in this brochure with a neighbor or friend. The decision on whether a class will be held is made one week before the class start date.
WITHDRAWAL REQUEST FROM ENROLLEE We will deduct a $5.00 service fee on any refunds or cancellations that are requested by an enrollee or a member of the family. Student withdrawal from a class must be done a minimum of one week prior to the first class session to receive any refund, after that date there are no refunds.
CLASS TRANSFER FEE A fee of $5.00 will be charged for any class/activity enrollment transfer that occurs before the start of a class or while the class is in session.
REFUND POLICY If the Community Services Office cancels a class due to low enrollment, a full refund will be mailed back to the registrant.
