CLASS CONFIRMATION We do not send out confirmations on mail-in, walk-in or on-line registrations. You can call our office at 359-6563 to verify that your registration was received and that the class was open.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS To obtain information about activities cancelled due to weather, call the Community Services Office during business hours at 359-6563 or call the Community Services information hotline number at 355-4118 anytime of the day.
USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES AND GREENHECK FIELD HOUSE All community groups wishing to use the school buildings including the Greenheck Field House must contact the Community Services Office at 359-6563. We will send you a “Use of Facility” form to complete. Requests are handled on a first come basis, so be sure to plan ahead. We need at least 7 school days notice for past facility users and 10 school days notice for first time facility users.
INSURANCE COVERAGE Participants in D.C. Everest Community Services programs are not covered by insurance. Each person is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage on their own, if desired.
WE DO NOT SEND OUT CONFIRMATIONS ON MAIL-IN OR ON-LINE REGISTRATIONS. YOU CAN CALL TO VERIFY THAT YOUR REGISTRATION WAS RECEIVED AND THAT THE CLASS WAS OPEN.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY PROGRAM IF THERE IS INSUFFICIENT ENROLLMENT. BY REGISTRATING IN ADVANCE YOUR CLASS HAS A BETTER CHANCE TO RUN. THE DECISION TO CANCEL A CLASS DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT IS MADE ONE-WEEK PRIOR TO THE FIRST DATE OF CLASS.
