Welcome to Mount Pearl's Facilities Booking NEW - CHECK OUT OUR "EVENTS PAGE" FOR UPCOMING SPECIAL EVENTS. ALSO WE WILL POST WHEN A PROGRAM IS CANCELLED OR FACILITY CLOSED IN THE EVENT OF POOR WEATHER ETC.
Before you continue with your booking or registration you must open an account or log onto your existing account.. Just click on "My Account" at top of page or click here to logon to the My Account page.
Once account is set up and you have confirmed your account, you can sign up other family members on that account. Sign in and click 'My Account' then click the tab 'Group Members' and 'Add New'. Fill in all required fields then click "Add Group Member" at the bottom right hand corner. DO NOT Register for another account if you forgot your logon information. Please click in the box that says "I forgot My Password" to retrieve your password and account information or call 748-1002 during Office Hours ( Monday - Friday 8:15am to 4pm.) Usernames are automatically setup as your email address, however you can change this. NOTE: You can view all courses by unchecking the box beside "Show available courses Only". If you are registering for a course and registering more than one person in your family ensure you have added that person as your group member.
Visa and Mastercard Only Accepted for Online Registration REGISTRATION PROCESS: SWIMMING REGISTRATION: Please note class times are subject to change depending on registration WINTER SESSION: Registration for the next set of lessons will take place at the Pool on Sunday, March 4th, 9:00am - 11:00am and open online at 9:00am. The opportunity to register for the next set of lessons will be available after the last class in a session for those currently registered. Participants in the continuous program are asked to make payment for the next session on the last day of classes. If you wish you may call 748-1007 or 748-1005 to be added to a wait list.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes may be cancelled or combined depending upon registration and are subject to time change when necessary. We reserve the right to cancel a class with less than one half a class registered. Credits or refunds will only be issued if the class is cancelled by the Department or if a participant is medically required to withdraw from a set of lessons with at least four classes remaining.
GENERAL REGISTRATION:
Our Winter Registration is currently ongoing till programs fill both online and at the Reid Community Centre. The First class began the week of January 9th, 2012. For all other Community Service Programs not listed & Fitness Room Memberships you must go to the Reid Community Centre. If you have any issues or questions when signing up your account please call 748-1002 during regular Front Desk Hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. FACILITY BOOKING PROCESS Request to book a facility for your next event or recreational activity. Reid Community Centre Park Place Community Centre Pearlgate Track & Field Building St. David's Softball Building Ball Fields - Squire, St. David's, Smallwood, Pearlgate (For Field Bookings email wfitzgerald@mountpearl.ca) Once you submit your booking you will be contacted to confirm if your booking can be accommodated and to make arrangements for payment. PLEASE NOTE: In order to make a request for a booking you must be of 19 years of age or older. Also all requests are not confirmed until a staff person has contacted you to have you come in with a deposit & sign a contract.
