P.E.A.R.L. Program

 Participation for Everyone in Active Recreation and Leisure

The City of Mount Pearl believes that everyone should be able to participate in recreation programs regardless of financial resources. If your financial circumstances make it difficult for you to pay the full fee for programs, you may qualify for a subsidy. Appllications are available in City-owned facilities, online at www.mountpearl.ca or by calling 748-1002.

  Program Guidelines

1. Is designed for residents of Mount Pearl.
2. A reference must be provided from a community leader (i.e. Social Worker, Teacher, Clergy, Coach). A reference cannot be a family member or relative.
3. One activity per person per season.
