New functionality added to Book King Scheduling Module Version 6.90 includes the following:

Invoice Creation Statistics - Provides additional information about invoice creation and updates including: Creation Date, Last Updated Date, Created By and Last updated By.

Activate Pending Clients - The Manage Clients Screen now displays pending client accounts so that staff can activate or delete a pending client account created from the Public Access Website should a client be unable to activate their account.

Outstanding Accounts Report Improvements - Added some new filters to this report that allows you to view outstanding invoices filtered by Client Name and Facility booked on an invoice.

Split Invoice by Date Range - Added an additional means of splitting an invoice based on a start and end date range. All booked times within the selected date range will be split to a new invoice.

Client Account Tab Enhancement - Updated the Client Account Screen to display additional information and reformatted the display of account data.

Client History Tab - Added a Client History Tab that allows you to view a history of all invoices created for a selected client.

Client Notes Tab Improvements - Reformatted the Client Notes Tab to be more condensed and added who the client note was created by.

Combine Facility Time Slots - The combine time slots feature provides the ability to combine contiguous time slots into one time slot which creates more compact and easy to read invoices. Can be set to automatically combine time slots or by user choice.

Email Reports - You can now email each of the Book King Reports as a PDF file to one or more recipients.

Small bugs fixes and formatting changes

Book King is a 100% web based scheduling solution. New versions of Book King are installed on the server only. Client computers are never affected as they are always using the latest version of the product.
