New functionality added to Book King Registration Module Version 6.90 includes the following:

E-Commerce Payments - Added the ability to process E-commerce payments from the Registration Module Manage Invoice Screen to simplify the steps necessary to process credit card payments for internal enrollments made by staff.

Course Catalog Filters - Create course filters to prevent public enrollments into courses that clients are ineligible to enroll into due to an age limitation or computed date limit such as member since or due date.

Duplicate Course Enrollment Prevention - Added an optional function that allows you to prevent clients from enrolling into a course with the same name more than once. Most useful if you offer free courses that you only want to allow clients to enroll into one time.

Invoice Creation Statistics - Provides additional information about invoice creation and updates including: Creation Date, Last Updated Date, Created By and Last updated By.

Activate Pending Clients - The Manage Clients Screen now displays pending client accounts so that staff can activate or delete a pending client account created from the Public Access Website should a client be unable to activate their account.

Client Medical Warning - Added a client medical warning to the Rosters Screen that displays a medical icon next to any clients enrolled in a course that have provided medical information in their client account. The expanded roster view displays the medical information for quick access to the client's medical information.

Client Account Tab Enhancement - Updated the Client Account Screen to display additional information and reformatted the display of account data.

Course Notes Tab - Added a new Notes Tab to the course creation screens to allow staff to input and track internal comments for a course.

Add New Group Member Link - Added the ability to create a new group member's client account directly from the Manage Clients Group Members Tab.

Separated Enrollment Transaction Information - Separated the enrollment transaction into individual transactions in the transaction history to make it easier to understand which enrollment transaction was for which client when enrolling multiple clients into a course.

Email Reports - You can now email each of the Book King Reports as a PDF file to one or more recipients.

Small bugs fixes and formatting changes

Book King is a 100% web based scheduling solution. New versions of Book King are installed on the server only. Client computers are never affected as they are always using the latest version of the product.
