New functionality added to Book King Public Access Module Version 6.90 includes the following:

Duplicate Course Enrollment Prevention - Added an optional function that allows you to prevent clients from enrolling into a course with the same name more than once. Most useful if you offer free courses that you only want to allow clients to enroll into one time.

External Website Facility Search Linking - This addition allows you add a link to your own website that enables customers to link directly to your Book King Facility availability search for a selected facility.

Facility Search Improvements - Improved the integration of the Public Access Website with the Scheduling Module for public users searching for facility availability.

Auto Set Preferred Clients By Postal/Zip Code - Added postal/zip code detection which auto sets a new client as a preferred client. Preferred clients may be eligible to enroll into courses before or after a client who is not a preferred client.

Rates Page - Allows you to create a Rates Page for display on your Book King Public Access Website.

Course Catalog Improvements - Added the ability to search for a course by name and added additional course details to the Participant Selection and Shopping Cart Screens.

Small bugs fixes and formatting changes

Book King is a 100% web based scheduling solution. New versions of Book King are installed on the server only. Client computers are never affected as they are always using the latest version of the product.
