New functionality added to Book King Public Access Module Version 6.80 includes the following:

• Group Relationships - Group relationships allow groups or families to create a single logon account with all their group members. Simply select one or more group members from your group to enroll into courses.
• Course Conflict Detection - This new feature adds course conflict detection to the course enrollment process to detect if a course selected for enrollment would cause a time conflict for the selected enrollee(s) with other currently enrolled courses.
• Private Events Calendar Display - Provides control for administration staff creating bookings to display or hide Private Event bookings in the Facility Calendar on the Public Access Website.
• PDF Receipts - Online receipts automatically emailed by Book King are now in PDF format.
• Event Type Filter - Added an event type filter to the Facility Calendar to allow users to filter Calendar items displayed based on a selected event type.
• Enroll Without Payment Option - An optional configuration setting, online Registrations can now be configured to allow enrollment without payment.
• Multiple Public Access Rates Option - An optional configuration setting, allows multiple rates to be configured for Public Access enrollments effectively providing the enrollee with a price choice during enrollment if desired.
• Small bugs fixes and formating changes
