New functionality added to Book King Scheduling Module Version 6.95 includes the following:

Screen Size Increase - The Book King Application screen size width has been vastly increased and all screens redesigned to utilize the additional available space.

Alternate Client Email Address - The alternate email address field allows you to define two email addresses for a client to enable better communication with clients.

24 Hour Time Format for Reports - The 24 hour time format allows users used to viewing time in a 24 hour time format to do so.

Invoice Notes Tab - The Invoice Notes Tab is an internal use area where you can make comments or notes on a client's invoice.

New Time Slot Editor Screen - The screen has been completely redesigned with facility and service time slots separated to provide a cleaner and intuitive view. The ability to edit existing facility time slots or service time slots/quantities (for the same day) makes it much easier to update time slots for customers.

New Facility Grid Report - The additions made to the Facility Grid Report are meant to allow users to create a custom data view of your facility bookings.

Service Grid Report - View booked services and quantities in a Grid view.

Service Timeline Report - View services in a timeline view to easily identify when multiple services are available at the same time.

Merge Invoices - The merge invoice function allows you to merge multiple invoices into one single invoice.

Merge/Split Invoice History - The merge and split history section on invoices provides an audit trail for you to determine when and by whom invoices have been merged or split and the invoice numbers involved.

Service Monitor - The Service Monitor allows you to track if a scheduled service has been checked out and/or checked in after use. This allows you to know the exact status of all your scheduled services

Service Monitor History Report - The Service Monitor History Report is a new report that allows you to view the check-in and check-out time history for selected services in a date range.

Service Monitor Overdue Report - The Service Monitor Overdue Report is a new report that allows you to view a list of services that have not been checked in and are past due.

Service Monitor Check In Report - The Service Monitor Check In Report is a new report that allows you to view a list of services that are scheduled to be checked in.

Search Facility Improvements - Added a new Facility Tree View to provide a quicker way of selecting facilities you wish to search for availability. The Facility Tree View also allows you to select and search for facilities across multiple complexes and Facility Categories. New Recurrence Pattern functionality such as "Recurs Every X Weeks" eliminates the need to have to manually go through search results and select the appropriate "3rd week in the month" time slots. This saves time and reduces booking errors.

Small bugs fixes and formatting changes

Book King is a 100% web based scheduling solution. New versions of Book King are installed on the server only. Client computers are never affected as they are always using the latest version of the product.
