With our Service Level Agreement you can count on our knowledgeable Customer Support team to provide you with fast and friendly answers to all of your creative and technical questions. Typically, we respond to inquiries within minutes, however we guarantee a two-hour response window.

»  AFTER HOURS SUPPORT

For our Clients who have a creative or a technical question after hours, on weekends or on Statutory Holidays, we will respond by the next business day of an email or phone call request. For on-call Technical Support Services, please talk to your Book King Sales Representative.

Product Training

»  "QUICK START" TRAINING

As a Book King Client, you will be up and running in a few minutes following completion of our one-on-one Product Training Session. These telephone-based tutorials are customized to encompass your organization's booking, registration and scheduling requirements.

Quick Start training consists of customized user training and system deployment support:

  • SYSTEM DEPLOYMENT SUPPORT - Complete assistance during the initial setup and configuration of your Book King solution
  • USER TRAINING - 1 to 4 hours of one-on-one structured telephone training with our Product Training Support Staff
Quick Start is included in your initial purchase of the Book King Solution

»  ADVANCED TRAINING

Book King offers two kinds of advanced training.

  2. ONSITE TRAINING - For organizations that require an in-person or organization-wide training session, Book King's Training Staff will travel to your place of business and teach your staff how to best utilize your Book King solution.   3. OPTIMIZATION CONSULTING - To achieve best use of your Book King software you may wish to consider our Optimization Consulting service.
