Town Of Rimbey Selects Book King

February 9th, 2017 – Victoria, BC – Town of Rimbey, Alberta Selects Book King’s Scheduling, Public Access and Point of Sale Modules

Town of Rimbey, Alberta joins Book King this month with a popular trio of modules. Scheduling will hold the main usage among users with Public Access and Point of Sale in accompaniment. The Scheduling Module will allow Rimbey to organize and maximize usage of facilities in their Community and Aquatic Centres as well as the Memorial Arena spaces. In addition to space rental, Rimbey will be able to manage service bookings and additional products and fees while utilizing the Services functionality in the Scheudling Module.  This is a feature that allows for unlimited additional entities (from equipment, to services, staff and extra fees) to be input and tracked within Book King through invoicing and reports.

The Public Access module will create a public facing portal for residents of the Town of Rimbey to visit, check the calendar for community and public events and even request the use of facilities and services. The Point of Sale Module brings everything together with a central place for payment processing as well as the place to set up some POS items for quick and easy sale! This module combination is a great set for smaller communities that wish to maximize rental revenues while providing an easy to use, intuitive software for staff and residents alike!
