Book King’s Scheduling, Registration, Membership, Point of Sale and Public Access Modules were recently selected by the Central Lions Seniors Association in Edmonton, Alberta. Book King Software was chosen by the Central Lions Seniors Association because of the extremely user-friendly interface for both their staff and the general public to use.

The Central Lions Seniors Association Recreation Department will move to cloud computing by implementing the Book King Recreation Software in the first few months of 2020. Book King’s Scheduling, Registration, Membership, Point of Sale and Public Access  Modules will provide the Association with an advanced yet affordable recreation management software system.

With the implementation of Book King, the Central Lions Seniors Association can offer additional services and manage bookable spaces currently not covered in their current software system. The software will save time and money by reducing staff workload and administrative overhead by streamlining the scheduling, registration, membership and invoicing business processes. Book King’s web-based solution provides the Central Lions Seniors Association with a centralized database accessible from any computer with an internet connection.

“We are pleased to welcome another Seniors Center to Book King.” says Greg Strong, Sales Director at Pacific Tier Solutions. “Our commitment to client success is second to none and we look forward to working with the Central Lions Seniors Association to implement their Book King soluton.”

About The Central Lions Seniors Association

CLSA is an independent, non-profit, charitable association formed in 1979.

Their programs are available through registration and club fees, donations, and general fundraising.  They rely on generous and dedicated volunteers who support our efforts every step of the way.

With over 70,000 sq. feet of combined space Central Lions is an impressive facility housing an atrium, gymnasium, cafeteria, meeting rooms, and offices that support many programs, activities, and special events. Its bright, open spaces create a welcoming atmosphere and make it ideal for a wide variety of activities and functions.

Affordable activity, meeting, and social spaces – including a four-court gymnasium and a hardwood floored auditorium – can be booked for evening and weekend use, by local groups, sports teams, clubs, and associations.
