Book King will supply the Municipality of Grey Highlands in Ontario, Canada with an integrated web based solution to manage facility reservations, services, billing and accounts receivables.
Book King’s all in one capabilities for scheduling, invoicing and reporting will reduce staff workload and administrative overheard by streamlining the scheduling business processes, preventing double or conflict bookings of facilities, and increasing the overall level of service the town provides. It will also allow for individuals and organizations within the community to make online facility booking requests that can optionally go through an internal approval process. The Cloud-based technology eliminates any need to purchase or upgrade computer workstations providing additional cost benefits.
The partnership will have the Book King Team and the Municipality of Grey Highlands working together to implement the application to meet their scheduling requirements. This will include integration with iCity, the township’s financial software. As a hosted solution, Book King is easy to implement as IT resources are not required for installation and maintenance. Users can be up and running within days.
“Ontario Municipalities need to maximise their operating budgets and support their staff. Book King Software helps them to do more with fewer resources. We are looking forward to helping them build stronger relationships with their communities” says Greg Strong, Business Development Manager at Pacific Tier Solutions.
