Book King’s Scheduling and Public Access Modules were recently approved by the Township of Otonabee–South Monaghan’s Recreation Department in Ontario. Book King Software was selected by Otonabee–South Monaghan because of the extremely user-friendly interface for both their staff and the general public to use and is available to the public quickly because of a streamline implementation process.
The Township of Otonabee–South Monaghan Recreation Department will move to cloud computing by implementing the Book King Recreation Software in the first quarter of 2020. Book King’s Scheduling and Public Access Website Modules will provide the Township with an advanced yet affordable facility scheduling software system to help them manage their various outdoor and indoor facilities efficiently.
With the implementation of Book King, the Township of Otonabee–South Monaghan can offer additional services and manage bookable spaces currently not covered in their manual process. The software will save time and money by reducing staff workload and administrative overhead by streamlining the scheduling and invoicing business processes. Book King’s web-based solution provides the Township of Otonabee–South Monaghan with a centralized database accessible from any computer with an internet connection.
