Account Creation Instructions PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All fields marked in red are required, all other fields are optional. Unless you change it, when setting up your account, the username will automatically be set as your email address entered.
NOTE: Once account is set up and you have confirmed your account, you can sign up other Family Members or Unit Members on that account. Sign in and click 'My Account' then click the tab 'Group Members' and 'Add New'.
