Eastlink Centre Selects Book King Software

Eastlink Centre Selects Book King Software

October 25th, 2021 – Victoria, BC – The Eastlink Centre located in beautiful
Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island has selected Book King’s Recreation
Management Software by Pacific Tier Solutions based in Victoria, BC.

Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown, PEI has selected Book King as their recreation
management software provider. The Eastlink Centre will begin implementation this
Winter, and will utilize the software for facility reservations of their arena, trade centre
and event grounds. Book King Software will help to automate facility and service
scheduling and invoicing processes while providing a variety of online information and
services to the community.

Eastlink Centre chose Book King in part because the software can handle their prime
time and non-prime time rates for ice rentals. They were also happy to hear that Book
King can allow online public customers to cancel their bookings online with a minimum
of four days notice. The software will help the Eastlink Centre focus less on tedious
back-end tasks and more on providing the community with the best customer service
possible.

With Book King’s Public Access module, residents will now be able to search, book and
pay for facility rentals online, saving them time and reducing face to face interaction.
Eastlink Centre will enjoy improved communications with the community, providing on-
demand recreation information. The combination of these elements within the
application will simplify and reduce staff administrative efforts, facilitate growth and
allow for a simple solution for all recreational management needs.

“Recreation Facilities of all sizes are seeing the benefits of going digital. We are pleased
to welcome another Prince Edward Island facility to Book King.” says Greg Strong, Sales
Director at Pacific Tier Solutions. “Our commitment to client success is second to none and we look forward to working with the Eastlink Centre.”
