June 2nd, 2020 –  Victoria, BC – The District of Sechelt, British Columbia has chosen Book King’s Recreation Management Software by Pacific Tier Solutions

Book King’s Scheduling and Public Access Modules were recently selected by the District of Sechelt’s Recreation Department in British Columbia. Book King Software was chosen by Sechelt because of the extremely user-friendly interface for both their staff and the general public to use as well as Book King’s highly regarded training and support services.

The District of Sechelt Recreation Department will begin remote training in the second quarter of 2020 to efficiently implement the new application. Book King’s Scheduling and Public Access Modules will provide the District with an advanced yet affordable recreation management software system to help them manage their various outdoor and indoor rentable spaces.

With the implementation of Book King, the District of Sechelt can offer additional services and manage bookable spaces currently not covered in their manual process. The software will save time and money by reducing staff workload and administrative overhead by streamlining the scheduling and invoicing business processes. Book King’s web-based solution provides the District of Sechelt with a centralized database accessible from any computer with an internet connection.

The partnership will have the Book King Team and the District of Sechelt working together to implement the application to meet their scheduling requirements. This will include integration with iCity, the district’s financial software. As a hosted solution, Book King is easy to implement as IT resources are not required for installation and maintenance. Users can be up and running within days.
