Town Of Carstairs Chooses Book King Software

July 31st, 2020 – Victoria, BC – Town of Carstairs located in Alberta, Canada has selected Book King’s Facility Scheduling, Registration and Point of Sale Software.

Book King will supply the Town of Carstairs with an integrated web-based solution to manage facility reservations, in person and online registrations, point of sale item sales, and billing and accounts receivables.

Book King’s all in one capabilities for Scheduling, Registration, POS invoicing and reporting will reduce staff workload and administrative overhead by streamlining daily business tasks, preventing double or conflict bookings of facilities, and increasing the overall level of service the town provides to their community members. The public facing site provided via Book King’s Public Admin module, allows for client account creation, online facility booking requests and online registration.

This project will have the Book King Software Team and the Town of Carstairs working together to implement the application to meet their Scheduling and Registration requirements. This will include integration with Muniware Software, the Town’s financial software. As a hosted solution, Book King is easy to implement as IT resources are not required for installation and maintenance. Users can be up and running within days.

“We are overjoyed to add the Town of Carstairs to our growing list of customers that use both Muniware financial systems and Book King. We have such a strong relationship with Muniware and their customers are always pleased with the support that both companies provide.” says Greg Strong, Sales Manager at Pacific Tier Solutions.
