May 6th, 2021 – Victoria, BC – The Corporation of the Township of Tyendinaga, Ontario has chosen Book King’s Recreation Management Software by Pacific Tier Solutions based in Victoria, BC.
The Department of Recreation and Community Services at the Township of Tyendinaga in Northeastern Ontario has recently purchased a new Recreation Management Software. Book King Software was selected by the Township of Tyendinaga because of the extremely user-friendly interface for both their staff and the general public to use and because it is available to the public quickly as a result of a streamlined implementation process. Book King allows users to create their own online ID that will enable easier online registration, facility booking requests, membership purchases and renewals and to make payments online. The community of Tyendinaga will be pleased to have access to online self service that will reduce face to face interaction and lineups at the recreation facilities.
In addition to offering conveniences for the communities, Book King Software provides access for class instructors who are now able to view their class rosters and key information online at any location before and after class sessions, allowing them to track attendance and enter notes.
Book King is also used by the neighboring Municipalities of Greater Napanee, Deseronto, Brighton and Prince Edward County. More and more municipalities in Ontario are choosing Book King Software for Recreation Management because of the positive customer experiences being reported.
“One of the new managers in the Recreation Department had used Book King while working for the City of Temiskaming Shores.” says Greg Strong, Sales Director at Pacific Tier Solutions. “It came as no surprise that we were highly recommended by this new employee and neighboring municipalities.”
