March 22nd, 2021 – Victoria, BC – The Village of Burk’s Falls located in Ontario, Canada has selected Book King’s Facility Scheduling, Registration and Point of Sale Software.
Book King will supply the Village of Burk’s Falls with an integrated cloud based solution to manage facility reservations, in person and online registrations, point of sale item sales, and billing and accounts receivables. This is especially exciting for a community with no previous recreation management software – all tracking has been done manually.
Book King’s all-in-one capabilities for Scheduling, Registration, POS invoicing and reporting will reduce staff workload and administrative overhead by streamlining the scheduling and registration business processes, preventing double or conflict bookings of facilities, and increasing the overall level of service the Village provides. By utilizing the Public Access Module provided by Book King, Burk’s Falls can offer online facility bookings, reviews and approvals, online registration and activity calendars to promote community events and classes.
This project will have the Book King Software Team and the Village of Burk’s Falls working together to implement the application for an exciting launch this summer. This will include export functionality for upload into Munisoft Software, the Village’s financial software. As a hosted solution, Book King is easy to implement as IT resources are not required for installation and maintenance. Users can be up and running within days.
“We are overjoyed to add the Village of Burk’s Falls to our growing list of customers that use both Munisoft and Book King. We have such a strong relationship with Munisoft and their customers are always pleased with the support that both companies provide.” says Greg Strong, Sales Manager at Pacific Tier Solutions.
More information on this project can be found in a local news article from BayToday.
